We simply couldn’t thank you enough for what the team has done from our sangjit to our wedding prep and the wedding day itself.
To say they are just wedding organizer will simply be an understatement because the team really helped to put together a memorable experience. Eric and his teams are able to create a memorable experience to match our wedding theme that is ‘Home’. So they created coasters with our initials bespoke cocktails that represent both ‘His’ and Her’ favourite drinks. Special meals that were brought from Vancouver where we first met and simply a ‘Live dessert Station’ since we both loved desserts.
The team also helped us a lot in managing the wedding timeline by always reminding us on what needs to be done and kept us to always be in our toes and most importantly helping us to get the best vendor to work with!
We love how meticulous Eric and his teams are always there to accommodate to our needs and also our parents and at the end of the wedding we have received so many compliments because the guest felt so
well taken care of.

Working with ko Eric was the best decision we have made throughout the engagement and wedding process. It really is a testament to how good you are when you can handle Andrew (and me) haha! Ko Eric possess great skill and professionalism and he is the very best and probably have the most patience of anyone we know. Ko Eric was also available 24/7 for any questions or concerns to us, and always handled everything with ease.

First of all i want to say that im so glad to have known Poetyque before my big day.
Choosing Poetyque and working with ko Eric and crew were the best decisions that we would not regret. We are so so so thankful to have known them! Ko Eric helped us from our engagement till our wedding day.
At first, We had no idea how to start planning, what to do first and everything, but from our first meeting with ko eric and ce olive, we were so relieved, we had nothing to worry, they gave us lists of the best vendors, he gave ideas about things and they are so perfectionist! They kept reminding us what needs to be done. Our engagement was in Lombok. From welcome dinner, engagement ceremony, and after party, Poetyque made it! It was a bit hard for us, as we had a lot of guests from other cities and some from overseas. They arrived at different timing, but Poetyque helped us managed everything, from airport pick up, hotel check-in, and everything! Special thanks to Ce Olive and crew for making everything went so smooth. We had so much fun!
Talking about our wedding, it was the day we would never forget! The best day of our life! We were planning to have a very memorable wedding in Japan, in the snow. And yes, IT WAS A DREAM CAME TRUE! From our first meeting for the wedding, Ko eric introduced us to a Japanese event organizer and he showed us the best wedding venues in Japan and We ended up choose Sapporo for our destination wedding venue. We thought that We didnt really have much time preparing, but we finished everything on time. We loved our welcome dinner venue that they suggested and the wedding venue itself was really like a winter wonderland!
Ko eric and crew were so caring to us and to all of our guests. They communicated very well to all of us! All of our family and friends love them!
The wedding was very intimate, memorable and we would say that we were so proud that the celebration turned out to be so much better than what we expected! We received so many compliments from our guests!

Poetyque super professional and helpful pwollll dr awal sampe akhirrr! Me personally dibantu sama Ce Gracia, she is informative, very attention to detail, on time, ga bakal ada yg kelewatan! Bahkan kalo ada yang kurang, dibenahin langsung! Waktu engagement, dia super inisiatif ngeprint in name tags on table jadi teratur banget. 👍👍👍
Ga cuma di planning nya aja yang TOP, tapi on the day, crewnya smua super helpful and dateng early! Yang dampingi aku waktu itu Ester, tingkat inisiatifnya sangat tinggi buat making sure the bride in in PERFECT CONDITION dengan asupan makan dan minum yang cukup.
To conclude, my husband and I satisfied banget, they all worked extra miles.

Waktu itu kita prepare wedding sudah dekat banget, contact dengan ce Olive Juni dan acaranya November awal. Aku di Bali, acara juga di bali, tetapi keluargaku di Surabaya, dan Steven & keluarga di Samarinda. Jadinya semakin susah untuk preparationnya karena harus sesuaikan schedule kita. Keruwetan semakin bertambah karena meski venuenya di 1 hotel tapi acaranya di beberapa tempat, dengan tema yang berbeda dan wedding dress yang berbeda beda. Tapi ce Olive tetap bantu kasi advise untuk tiap detail2nya, dekor, baju, acara, vendor. Advise ce Olive cocok semua. 2 hari sebelum hari H, waktu kita sudah di bali, semua sudah dibantu prepare juga. Barang2 kita yang banyak banget dibantu dirapikan, terus ditemenin juga untuk test make up dan pictorial shoot. Waktu hari H sendiri, mungkin ce Olive dan team tidak sempat tidur, karena aku sendiri harus bangun jam 12 malam. Walaupun begitu, semua terhandle, EO nya cepat tanggap kalo ada apa2 yang diperlukan. Jadi acaranya super smooth termasuk semua detail2nya. Team EO nya juga super ramah dan sabar mengurus keribetan kita. Pokoknya super recommended! Ga menyesal pake Poetyque! Kalo tidak ada ce Olive pasti weddingnya ga bisa berjalan. Comment dari tamu2 yang datang juga bagus semua. Semua super happy! Thank ce Olive dan team! Poetyque paling TOP
